Biorhythm Information (gives you freedom from your biorhythms controlling you)Your Physical, Emotional, Intuitional and Intellectual, energy starts at the time of your birth. Biorhythms have been studied since the 1920’s and can be charted easily with technology. You can do a search on line for more information about how it came about.
Your Biorhythm chart will be different every month. Each of the four rhythms has its own cycle duration.
Your Physical rhythm runs 23 days. Emotional, 28 days. Intellectual, 33 days and Intuitional runs 38 days.
It's interesting to observe them, for yourself, to see how accurate and useful it is!
You’ll notice the highs and lows, as well as challenging days. This information can help you understand yourself better.
It is most important to note when any of the four lines cross the middle line, or when a line is at the very top or very bottom. Also, when any of the colored lines (physical, emotional, intellectual, or intuitional) cross each other anywhere on the chart, it’s notable and it may or may not be as noticeable as the midline, top or bottom. Observe & see how it feels for you. During those times you may notice that you feel a bit on edge or just off in some way. Sometimes it’ll be quite dramatic, and other times you’ll hardly notice it at all, (especially, if you’re aware that it’s a biorhythm crossing).
A crossing usually lasts approx. four to six hours. Whether you're the kind of person that wants to know in advance in order to anticipate a crossing, (which helps you be more mindful, and can help disarm the effects of the crossing) or the kind of person who checks the chart after you start feeling a little off, (it makes it a lot easier to get through it when you know approximately when it will be over), or to look at in retrospect (to see “what happened?!”), it’s all very useful, no matter how you choose to use it.
The possibilities for peace through understanding are unlimited! You can use this information mindfully, as to not get into conflict with yourself or others during those times, or you can use it to get in touch with some deep seated stuff, that you may wish to observe, and make some notes on, and then voice it at a clearer less distracted by a biorhythm crossing, time.
Having this understanding will help you be more aware, so you can be more proactive and less reactive, during these crossings.
You can let others know around you, if you wish, as to what is going on, and that you’ll be out of the biorhythm crossing shortly. It’s very helpful, if you are living with other people to know everyone’s monthly charts. It then helps us to not take things personally, or at least be aware of the underlying agitation that is involved.
Note: I have found that this information is more “Intuitive Wisdom” rather than ”Rational Knowledge”, so people who have more of a masculine brain find it a little harder a to understand, because they are more connected to the “Rational Knowledge” part of the brain. So they see it more as an “excuse” instead of an “understanding”. Unless they have a balance of both masculine and feminine hormones in their bodies, then they can understand a little better.
So for your inner peace don’t try to hard to explain this to a masculine person, it will only frustrate both of you. This information is for you, so you don’t take things personally! Huge empowering tool!! 😊

Ps. Once again, you can use this information to know what days you are a bit or a lot off balance or easily triggered, so then you can choose how you want to be... ie: quiet or LOUD! Detached or Attached! Often a good time to journal. 😌
