Pick your combo added into same rate, as I make this form of healing available, with LGBTQ friendly and trauma-informed guidance with training as a mental health counselor, and sobriety coach, I very quickly carefully accommodate, listen first, and build a routine that suits your needs! Mind over matter works sometimes, but we are bodies first, and sometimes the cure is in simple physical relaxation, quiet, and careful, bold and calm, yin and yang. I have a TBI and experience with depression and anxiety so you will know that I really know the struggle is silent, but real.
