We’re adding a meditation class Friday mornings at 9:15am with Erica from 9/26 to 10/31! A great way to end your week with some peace and rejuvenation!
This class is wonderful for those who have never experienced meditation as well as more advanced students. We will work with various techniques including to find stillness. We will share ways to find comfort in a seated pose, or you are always welcome to modify and lay down. The intention for this class is to bring balance and peace in the present moment.
