This class is great for all levels and provides lots of modifications to make it accessible for all.
Yin yoga is all about opening up and letting go. Yin works to release tight fascia and allow energy to flow more freely. We do this by holding deep stretch poses. These rejuvenating poses are held for 3-5 minutes to allow the benefits to truly sink in.
This practice is as much for your mind as it is for your body. You will leave feeling clearer and calmer, as well as more open and comfortable in your body.

Meet Erica Zeiger!!! ☀️ You will find her subbing classes at the studio- her next one is Monday 7/7 at 9am- Vinyasa Flow!

Erica has been practicing yoga for over 25 years. Drawn to the connection between movement, breath, and community, her journey deepened through life’s transitions. After a major life change, Erica became a certified 200-hour yoga instructor, embracing yoga not just as a practice, but as a way of living—on and off the mat.

She is also certified in Positivity and Relaxation Training (PART) through the Mind and Body Institute at Massachusetts General Hospital, where she studied the science of mindfulness, stress reduction, and emotional well-being.

Erica’s teaching is rooted in the belief that yoga is for every body—regardless of age, experience, shape, ability, or background. Her classes invite students to move with intention, explore accessible modifications, and cultivate a sense of belonging. With a focus on mindfulness, personal growth, and compassion, Erica fosters a safe and welcoming space where each student can honor their own unique path.

Welcome Kendra!!!! She will be starting subbing at the studio starting this coming Sunday 6/22 for Slow Flow at 9:45am!! 🌸

Kendra is an RYT-200 Certified Yoga Instructor and Reiki practitioner with an extensive background in K-12 education. After 24 years of yoga practice, she completed her yoga teacher training and found that her skills in the classroom translated directly to the yoga studio.
She facilitates classes that promote breath awareness, mindful presence, and a balance of physical strength and ease. She believes deeply in the importance of regulating our nervous systems to counteract stress and promote long-term health, interweaving practices such as pranayama (deliberate breath work) and meditation into each class. She also believes that yoga is for everybody and every body! Pose progressions are offered frequently, enabling practitioners to customize their own levels of challenge and release each time they come to the mat.
Beyond the yoga studio, Kendra enjoys creating pottery, perpetually learning through books and podcasts, and spending time with her husband, three children, two cats, and dog.

Join this 4-week yoga series, where each class aligns with one of the four phases of the moon: New Moon (Intention Setting), Waxing Moon (Growth), Full Moon (Release), and Waning Moon (Introspection). Each class will guide you through mindful sequences, meditation and journal prompts on self, and breathwork, tailored to the unique energy of the lunar phase. Explore intention-setting practices, embrace personal growth, release what no longer serves you, and cultivate deep personal introspection. This series offers a journey of self-awareness, balance, and transformation, helping you align with the natural rhythms of the moon and your own inner cycles.
