Yin Yoga Series 🧘🏻♀️

This class is great for all levels and provides lots of modifications to make it accessible for all.
Yin yoga is all about opening up and letting go. Yin works to release tight fascia and allow energy to flow more freely. We do this by holding deep stretch poses. These rejuvenating poses are held for 3-5 minutes to allow the benefits to truly sink in.
This practice is as much for your mind as it is for your body. You will leave feeling clearer and calmer, as well as more open and comfortable in your body.
