Salted Pie Dough - Pie Type
Gluten free

Let's go to Recipe

1 box of sour cream
1 egg (in the dough)
1 teaspoon of salt (tea)
3 heaping tablespoons of margarine (soup)
+ or – 1/2 kilo of gluten free wheat flour, gradually added, until it comes off the hands
1 beaten egg yolk for brushing, before baking
DON'T GO YEAST

Preparation mode

mix all the ingredients and gradually add the wheat flour, until you get a dough
that doesn't stick to your hands.
Just fill it to your liking (sweet or salty).
Brush with egg yolk and bake until golden.
No need to grease.

Healthy Gluten Free Sugar Free
CARROT CAKE 🍰

INGREDIENTS
3 cups blanched almond flour (11.85 ounces/335 grams)
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda
1 spoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of nutmeg
5 eggs (1 1/4 cups)
1/2 cup honey or pure maple syrup
1/4 cup canola or melted coconut oil (see notes)
3 cups grated carrots (255 grams)
2/3 cup raisins (4 ounces/115 grams)
2/3 cup chopped walnuts or walnuts (70 grams)

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg.
In a separate large bowl, whisk together eggs, honey or maple syrup, and oil.
Mix the carrots, raisins and walnuts into the wet ingredients.
Mix the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients.
Evenly divide the batter into two well-greased 9-inch round cake pans. To make it easier to remove, I like to line the greased baking sheets with a piece of parchment paper. (Trace the background of the shape and cut to a perfect-sized circle.)

Bake for 30 minutes or until just cooked through. Let cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then remove to a wire rack and let cool completely before covering.

Cake Icing: Melt HERSHEY'S Sugar Free Chocolate Baking Chips, Gluten Free in microwave and pour over cake. It is very good😋
