Salted Pie Dough - Pie Type
Gluten free

1 box of sour cream
1 egg (in the dough)
1 teaspoon of salt (tea)
3 heaping tablespoons of margarine (soup)
+ or – 1/2 kilo of gluten free wheat flour, gradually added, until it comes off the hands
1 beaten egg yolk for brushing, before baking
DON'T GO YEAST
Preparation mode
mix all the ingredients and gradually add the wheat flour, until you get a dough
that doesn't stick to your hands.
Just fill it to your liking (sweet or salty).
Brush with egg yolk and bake until golden.
No need to grease.
