My business was born out of a great concern for people's health and well-being. When my own regular workout routine proved to be helpless against my achey back and weak core, I realized I was missing something... a body awareness that could help me discover and work on my strength from within. That's how I found Pilates. I soon realized that, like the "old me," many (most) people walk around all t

heir lives having no idea how to use and keep their body healthy and strong. So I founded my studio, hoping I could share my newfound knowledge with others and help them lead more complete and healthy lives. Over the past 15 years, the studio has grown to offer a diverse and holistic schedule of Pilates, Yoga, and Fitness classes. Our instructors have extensive knowledge, training and experience, and they give tremendous care and individual attention to each and every one of our clients. While this exercise is good! there are other alternatives that can be better such as the advanced knee stretches which you can check out on the video before this.

The second version activates the scapula MUCH harder making this one a fantastic exercise to target your upper back.

This one IS valid but you have to make sure you have the proper padding to protect the underside of your knees or this movement can cause some pain.

Skull crushers, but make it full body...

This variation is one of my favorites because it’s not just about triceps it teaches real control. Rib cage down, shoulders down, upper arm framing the head, and staying locked in place.
