Jessica Chapman founded The Birth Concierge after discovering during the birth of her second child that no matter who you are, or how you’ve planned and prepared, birth unfolds in it’s own way…in it’s own time, and can leave a mother and new family feeling in need of a village of support. Her desire to combine her long standing call to be a birth worker with the gap in services she experienced thr
ough her own journey to motherhood led her to help others as they navigate their own way through this often overwhelming path to parenthood. Many services in the birth world focus primarily on the birth and immediate postpartum period, but do not address that beyond the medical event. This leaves large gaps in preparation, education, birth, and the postpartum period for many families. The Birth Concierge addresses this disparity through education, guidance, and specialized services while addressing many of the questions that have been left unanswered. The Birth Concierge offers Doula Services and Birth Classes in the Ventura County and LA County Areas, serving Thousand Oaks, Camarillo, Ventura, Los Angles, Santa Monica, Simi Valley, Westlake Village, Moorepark, Sherman Oaks, Woodland Hills and other locations.
