With nearly 20 years of experience and a specialty in oral restrictions, supporting multiples, pump assessments, and low milk supply, Heather provides compassionate, personalized, and judgment-free support. As a mom of seven—including a set of identical twins—she understands the real-life challenges of feeding a baby and the courage it takes to keep moving toward your goals.
Heather’s holistic approach looks at the whole parent and whole baby, addressing root causes and bringing in additional expertise in tethered oral tissues, gut-brain health, aromatherapy, herbal support, and infant massage. Her mission is to educate and empower parents so they can feel confident, supported, and seen—every step of the way.
