Why Plena?

We're starting something new here, and honestly, we're a little nervous about it. 😬

Over the next few weeks, you'll be hearing from our doctors, clinicians, interns, and everyone who shows up each day to help kids feel better. We asked them a simple question: "Why Plena?"

Their answers stopped us in our tracks.

We're going to try our best not to overwhelm you with these stories, but we have to be honest, we're completely overwhelmed ourselves. Every single day, we get to work alongside people who chose to dedicate their lives to caring for children. People who see hope where others might see obstacles. People who celebrate the smallest victories because they know how enormous they really are.

So here's what we're going to do: we're going to let them tell you themselves. In their own words, without any polish or corporate speak. Just real people sharing why they chose this work, why they chose Plena, and what keeps them going on the hardest days.

Because the truth is, we don't just work here. We get to be part of something that matters, every single day, because of who we get to do it with.
