I believe in annual treatment plans, not quick fixes — layering advanced injectables, regenerative treatments, and medical-grade skincare over time to support healthy, graceful aging. The trick is Using a multi-modality approach to enhance your natural features while keeping harmony and proportion front and center.
So, let’s get real — here’s my personal annual plan as both a provider and a patient 👇
Dysport: Every 4 months
Filler: As needed — usually once per year (chin, chin shadows, prejowl, lips, temples, and nasolabial area — cheeks are all mine!)
Sculptra: Once per year for collagen stimulation
RFMN + Exosomes: Every 6 months for texture and tone
Erbium Peel: Often combined with RFMN for skin renewal
Diamond Glow + Dermaplaning: Before events (should do more often — do as I say, not as I do 😅)
Skincare Routine:
AM: ZO Exfoliating Cleanser, C E Ferulic, P-Tiox, HA5 (as needed), Triple Lipid, and Epionce tinted SPF
PM: ZO Exfoliating Cleanser, P-Tiox, Tretinoin 0.1%, HA5 (if needed), Triple Lipid, and Radical Neck Repair
Skincare I should use but constantly forget: TNS Serum, Growth Factor Serum, and a good eye cream (AGE or Intense Eye).
Beyond Aesthetics:
Fully perimenopausal (starting HRT soon), take Vitamin D/K and creatine in my coffee, Nutrafol when I remember (honestly hate taking pills 🤷♀️), microdose GLP-1 peptide, and drink as much water as I remind my patients to.
Workout 4x/week (mostly weights), aim for 8 hours of sleep, and practice stress management... by working hard, playing hard, and occasionally running away on a weekend trip. ✈️
Most importantly — humor helps with everything.
At the end of the day, the secret isn’t in doing more, it’s in doing smarter.
