Just a reminder that our Buffalo Grove office is closed tomorrow, July 4. The Northbrook office will be open from 9 to 10 for sick visits. Please call at nine to let them know you will be come in. We will resume normal hours on Saturday.

Our Northbrook office will be open on Monday, May 26 from 9 AM to 10 AM for sick call. The Buffalo Grove office is closed. We wish you all a safe Memorial Day weekend.

Office closure notice

Both our offices will be closed on Friday morning, January 17 so our employees can attend the funeral of our beloved lab manager, Magali. We anticipate opening our phones no later than noon on Friday for same day appointment on Friday afternoon.

Should you leave an urgent message while the office is closed, it may not be returned until after the funeral is complete. In case of emergency, call 9-1-1

We are saddened to let you know that our long time employee and lab manager, Magali Torres, passed away unexpectedly this weekend. Magali was Taina’s mom and Amanda’s aunt, who both work in our office. Our practice is in mourning as we process this devastating loss.

While we ask for everyone's prayers during this difficult time, we are requesting the utmost privacy for the family. We kindly ask that our APP families limit questions or personal inquiries during this time while our team mourns.

However, notes of sympathy would be appreciated, should you feel so inclined. They will be forwarded to the family.
