Northbrook, Illinois 60062 Pilates is a full-body and mind exercise method, which transforms how you feel, perform, look and carry your body through your day with much greater body awareness and proficiency of movement. We love Pilates and have a passion to teach others and help them reach their individual goals. We are known for the precision of our instruction and cueing. Our classes and private sessions are innovative, highly individualized, and focus on the unique needs of each client. Our teachers are classically certified with over 25 years of experience, with some of us having worked with Romana and Jay Grimes closing. Pilates is an excellent way for achieving mind-body harmony, rehabilitate from injuries and simply create a strong core with the understanding that your whole body is a part of that. We create an inviting and uplifting environment for our clients, both of our studios are in a private setting and we believe in setting the tone with our pure non-chemical scent in our studio and a smile as we welcome you! Meet Emily!

Hello Pilates Lovers, So I was first introduced to Pilates while pursuing my BFA in Dance Performance and Choreography at Ohio University. The Pilates method quickly helped me gain greater body awareness and proficiency of movement. My love for Pilates soon grew into passion to teach others. I have worked with a wide variety of individuals spanning different ages and abilities. I hold a Comprehensive Pilates Certification, I have been teaching and continuing to evolve my craft for the past eight years. Pursuing greater knowledge of the Pilates method and developing new techniques to work with my clients always excites me. When I’m not in the Pilates studio, you can find me at dance rehearsal for my next performance πŸ’ƒ
