Health care leaders from across Minnesota gathered in St. Paul today for the inaugural Minnesota Hospital Foundation Leadership Academy. They heard from Zander Abbott (CEO, Northfield Hospital + Clinics), Dominica Tallarico (COO, Allina Health), Patti Banks (CEO, Ely-Bloomenson Community Hospital), and Greg Ruberg (CEO, Aspirus Lake View Hospital in Two Harbors) about their own leadership journeys and how they can adapt to a changing health care environment.
