 Meet Dave – our Engineering Manager and the heartbeat of the Aurora factory.

Originally from Ellendale, Minnesota, Dave brings more than 30 years of manufacturing experience and a true “small-town work ethic” to everything he does. Since joining Aurora, he’s helped lead incredible growth and keeps the factory, and team, running strong.

When he’s not at work, you’ll find Dave tinkering on mechanical projects, enjoying Southern rock, or spending time with his wife DeAnna, their daughters Sydney and Sarah, and their new granddaughter.

We’re grateful for Dave’s leadership, dedication, and drive to make things happen!

Holly is a dedicated sales representative covering the I-35 corridor of North Texas and Oklahoma. Originally from Southern California, Holly brings years of sales experience and a lifelong passion for animals.

Holly has been with Aurora since 2018 and she continues to bring deep industry knowledge and firsthand experience to every producer and partner she serves. When not working with customers, you’ll find Holly competing in rodeo events, training futurity barrel horses, or spending time at home in North Texas with her growing family and many horses.
