I grew up with a wonderful family in Johnson, VT- a creative and innovative little community. I graduated from Johnson State College with a liberal arts degree focusing in Behavioral Science and visual arts. In between my education years I took a break and completed an enriching year with Americorps * NCCC, a national volunteer service. This was a dynamic learning year and I highly recommend it to any youth! I love being in the outdoors and with my stubborn loving dog. Photography, art, movement, positive and forward motion, and family time are my center in life. Health, love, and vibrant positive perspective in life have remained a constant goal and way of life for me. I am very excited to provide massage in my own practice to this community of Northfield, VT. Receiving massage can reconnect and re-energize oneself on a physiological and self- unique level.
