Graduated from Johnson and Wales Culinary Arts, interned at Walt Disney World.
Manages Food Safety Standards, labeling, allergens and dietary requirements.
Our Chef that does the cooking for all of our on and off site catering and Baking

Rick - Baker, Owner!
Graduated from U of Akron, Apprenticed with Master Baker Richard Reinecker Sr.
Manages Daily production schedule in the bakery, and maintenance of our equipment.

Heidi - Baker, Owner!
Graduated from Johnson and Wales Pastry Arts and Food Service Management. Bakes, Torte and Specialty Cakes
Manages packaging and shipping

The Reinecker’s are long time members of Nordonia Hills Community. Monika and Christina, although not participating in the family business, are behind the scenes cheerleaders for the business built by Richard and Magdalena Reinecker since 1959
