It was a JOY to celebrate the beginning of our 25th year with all of you yesterday. Our hearts are full. THANK YOU for being a part of our community. THANK YOU for filling our classrooms and allowing us to remain open through all of the ups and downs. THANK YOU to all of our amazing instructors, past and present including Mary Pat Murphy who was the founder of Namaste Yoga.

A huge thanks to Amanda, Vikki and Wendy for teaching our all level flow to begin the open house, and to Theresa, Angie, and Renee for the slow flow and sound bath to close out our day.

It was a wonderful day and we look forward to many more days with all of you.
