אישה נעמדה לידו, הצביעה עליי ואמרה: "איזה יופי של תינוקת אינדיאנית." השם שלי , שון הוא שם קלטי, מארילנד - שם שבטי - שם שמופיע בוראציות שונות אצל האפריקאים, שבט השונה ואצל האינדיאניים, שבט השוני. קיים חיבור עמוק ביני לבין התרבות האינדיאנית.
אני מחויבת ליצירת דור חדש של נשים שידעו את נפלאו

ת נשיותן, שידעו את המעגל, את היחד ואת השפה הנשית.
אני מלווה אנשים במפגשי ריפוי והכוונה אישיים דרך הטלפון ובקלינקה שלי בקדימה.
מלמדת נשים את השפה הנשיות דרך קורס שנקרא: "סיפורי נשים" בו נשים מכינות חפיסת קלפים אישיים.
מעבירה מפגשי חניכה לאמהות ובנות.
מלמדת ריפוי שמאני.
מעבירה סדנאות למורים וצוותי עבודה

You can’t be everyone’s hero.
You can’t take away everyone’s pain, solve all their problems, and make them feel happy with themselves and their lives.
All you can do is love them, and that’s all you have to do.
Just love them in their messiness, their confusion, their grief.
See them, hear them, and accept them without judgment.
Then let them know it’s okay to be right where they are, and if and when they need you,
you’ll be there..

ten thousand grandmothers
from the twelve hundred corners of the Earth
walked out into the gap,
one breath deep
between the bullet and the flesh,
between the bomb and the family.

Healing Trauma:

When she came to me, she was suffering from a trauma based syndrome that caused in*******se to be very painful or impossible.

We worked together for six months. She gently began to release the sexual trauma she held in her body, she learned to relax, expand and connect to the beauty of the life force that flowed through her and filled her.

A year later, at the end of our journey, she was ecstatic to discover she was pregnant - I cried when she told me that the baby's name was Shaun.

שמעתי פעם, שבכדי להיות צ'ף, אאדם שכבר הוכיח את עצמו כלוחם חייב לעבור חניכה נוספת בכדאי להוכיח שהוא בשל להנהיג את השבט.

הוא נדרש לצאת לטקס שנקרא: חיפוש חזון - Vision Quest.
הוא יושב לבד בטבע, בלי אוכל ושתיה, ארבע יומיים ולילות, עד שאגו נחלש, ההגנות קורסות והמהות שלו נחשף. רק אז הוא פוגש את הציף והאמת שבו והופך לאדם שיודע להוביל ממקום של הקשבה ללב והדרכה מהרוח הגדולה.

וכשהוא חוזר מההר עם החזון שלו, ואנשי השבט מבטים בו הם רואים אדם שלם,
גבר שנפתח אל החכמה השוכנת בו ויודעים שהוא מנהיג בעל חזון.

When She came to me, She was dying and she knew it. She came to me to heal on her journey into death.

As we moved forward, I asked her if we could roll out "the red carpet of life", she smiled and said, "yes."
I asked if we could roll it out for a year, she agreed.
"Two years", I asked, she nodded, yes. When we got to five years, she stopped me.
And so it was..
Five magnificent years of healing into death.
She was such an amazing woman, truly a gift to have journeyed with her. I learned so much. I loved her so much.
