Registration starts at 7am at Lake Lenape on Sunday July 11th. Awakining of the Dragon Ceremony starts at 8- First race starts at 9. Full schedule will come out later today. $75 donation - checks made to Gilda’s Club.
Weather looks great- drinks will be cold- and the Championship medal will be worn by Quest Fitness😁

We are getting closer to normalcy over here at Greate Bay RF. The showers will open up this Monday April 19th. Bring those towels and deodorant - working out just got a little bit better!!

Mark your calendars. We did not get a chance to do this last year (COVID )but it’s a great time for a great cause. The goal would be to get two boats (40 people)!
