Hey Fine Fettle friends! We wanted to tell you about this amazing opportunity for healing and rest…check it out!

Join us on Saturday March 29th from 2:00-4:00PM for a workshop:
“Embodied Activation, Deactivation & Release”
In this workshop, we will explore the physical sensations and emotional responses of an intentionally activated, deactivated and released autonomic nervous system (ANS) within our body. By intentionally activating this system we will be able to explore the response of our body, mind and heart to situations of stress (triggers).
At this event you will be invited to participate in several embodied practices - including grounding yin yoga, guided breath-work, intuitive journaling, and gentle conversation in circle together.
All of the exercises offered are done so through a trauma conscious basis - nothing is required of you, every offering is invitational and nothing presented is obligational.
