Yoga, Asana, Meditation, Movement, Workshops, & More! Ways to develop and tap into waking up to life are: movement, breath, relaxation, meditation, and self exploration. This awareness awakens the stillness within,

potentially taking that awareness into our daily life. Transformation can happen in our lives--- whether that transformation is through self study, a physiological change - like calming the nervous system, changing the patterns of our thoughts and habits . . . and simply feeling good enough just as we are, in this moment. Why practice? Why come together? Because life is always changing and we are incredibly overloaded with information. We seek out what we desire: - a connection, a stillness, calm in the wake of life's changes, to feel validated and affirmed, to be loved and accepted for who we are.

Welcome to Prema Yoga! Holistic, Integrative Yoga Yoga, Meditation, Movement, & More!

Building Conscious Community The intention is for each person: Feels Community Feels Connection Feels Calming We have moved from an on-site yoga studio, to a virtual yoga studio online. Check-out our online, live zoom classes and our YouTube channel for resources. Future gatherings, workshops and retreats - keep watching and thanks for your support.

Yoga; asana, meditation, movement, workshops, classes, retreats & more! We collaborate and bring in independent yoga teachers, bodyworkers, coaches and wellness advocates to come together to share our passion to the community for the highest intentions of health and healing. Awareness and mindfulness. Explore the many ways to bring awareness into the present, and find the stillness within. Explore with your movement, breath, relaxation, meditation, and self study. This awareness cultivates the stillness and steadiness within, the subtle energy, and ways to take that awareness into everyday life. Transformation can happen in our lives--- it can be through self study, a physiological change - like calming the nervous system, changing the patterns of our thoughts and habits . . and simply embracing how things are in the present moment. Why practice? Why come together? Because life is always changing and we can be incredibly overloaded with information. We seek out what we desire: - a connection, a stillness, a calm in the wake of life's changes, and to feel validated and affirmed, to be loved and accepted for who we are. As teachers, therapists, bodyworkers, and students we are creating space together to play, have fun, be mindful, and learn and grow in exploring who we are. We create the community together and set intention, beauty, passion, and support each other in that process. From this gathering time together, our intention is that you feel a shift, a remembering, a change from when you entered, and that it compliments and enhances your life.
