What are the best types of exercises for chronic low back pain?

You might be surprised... but doing isometric trunk exercises like planks and side bridges are more effective than doing active back movements like sit ups and press ups in reducing disability and improving pain levels. Message us if you need a treatment plan that includes isometric exercises.

A new study led by the University of South Australia shows that golf may have significant health benefits for people living with chronic osteoarthritis.

Non-drug, non-invasive therapies like PT, Chiropractic and Shockwave Therapy are the MOST effective way to attack acute low back pain. But what if it persists?
