Hey everyone! These are some simple tips and tricks to keep your body healthy while traveling. Long car rides or plane trips can leave you feeling tight and achy. Here are some simple tips you can use to support your body and especially your neck and low back.
A rolled up towel can be a game changer for the low back to push slight extension which takes some pressure off the discs. Chin tucks are excellent for keeping the neck neutral and keeping your upper back and shoulder muscles relaxed. And lastly, the dorsal scapular nerve stretch is awesome for reducing tension in the shoulders.
