BIG NEWS 🚨

We are beyond excited to announce that Ohio Sports Chiropractic and Rehab is opening our NEW Canton location on March 16th!

Our mission is simple: Keep active people moving, and stay in the activities they love. This new space will allow us to continue providing Olympic-level chiropractic care, sports rehabilitation, dry needling, shockwave therapy, and personalized treatment to the Canton community.

Whether you’re dealing with an injury, training for your next race, or just want to feel and perform your best — we’re here for you.

Let’s hear it for local patient Kyra Dossa!!! She is an up-and-coming aerials athlete from Cleveland, Ohio. With a background in gymnastics, Dossa transitioned to a career in skiing. In just three years of aerials training, Dossa has left an impression on the U.S. aerials landscape. Last season, in her second year of competition, Dossa was invited to represent the U.S. at the Intermountain Health Freestyle International at Deer Valley where she finished in an impressive eighth place in her first World Cup appearance. When she isn’t training or competing, Dossa loves to hike, camp and secondhand shop.”

Elese graduated from John Carroll University with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and is currently earning her master’s degree in Sports Science at the University of Cincinnati. After spending four years as a varsity soccer athlete at John Carroll, she transitioned into coaching and athlete development.

In addition, Elese serves as the assistant varsity soccer coach at Magnificat High School. Her background as both an athlete and coach allows her to bring a performance-driven, supportive approach to every individual she works with.

Outside of the soccer field, Elese enjoys pilates, spending time with friends and family, and trying new experiences.

Yesterday, Dr. Matt, Dr. Jared, Dr. Sam, and our massage therapist Zach had the opportunity to speak with high school students interested in careers in healthcare. We shared our individual journeys and the experiences that helped shape our paths along the way.

A big part of what we do goes beyond the clinic—it’s about inspiring the next generation and making a meaningful impact on others’ lives, both inside and outside of healthcare. Grateful for the chance to give back and hopefully spark a few future careers along the way.
