Please help us welcome Kristin to the Empower Team ! Kristin Matthees is a women’s health and longevity coach who specializes in helping women achieve sustainable weight and body fat loss while supporting hormone balance through every stage—from postpartum to perimenopause and beyond. With a degree in Health & Human Performance and a deep background in functional nutrition, Kristin is known for helping clients not only see results—but maintain them.

She works closely with clients utilizing GLP-1 therapies and hormone support, ensuring their nutrition, metabolism, and lifestyle align for long-term success. Her approach blends science with real life—combining nutrition, strength training, yoga, and practical habit change to create results that actually stick.

Outside of Empower Wellness, Kristin is a wife and mom of three (8, 5, and 3), and you’ll find her bike riding, hiking, skiing, working out, baking sourdough, enjoying coffee, and coaching softball—living the same balanced lifestyle she teaches her clients.
