🌷 Spring Forward into Strength this Season! 🌷
As the days get longer and we start getting outside more, it’s the perfect time to focus on building strength from the inside out. At Collective Physical Therapy, I work with women and moms who want to feel strong, confident, and supported in their bodies—whether you're pregnant, postpartum, or years beyond having babies.
Pelvic floor physical therapy can help with things like:
• Leaking with running, sneezing, or jumping
• Core weakness or abdominal separation
• Pelvic pain or pressure
• Returning to exercise safely after baby
• Staying strong and active during pregnancy
You don’t have to “just deal with it.” These things are common, but they are treatable.
At Collective PT, visits are one-on-one, there are no wait times, and many people are able to use HSA/FSA funds.
If spring has you thinking about getting back to running, workouts, or simply feeling stronger in your body again, pelvic floor PT can help. 💪
