At any given time I am reading 4 or 5 books. These are a handful that I reread often. Missing the Heart of Yoga and the Sedona Method. Many of my trainings require these also. The secrets in these are real over life times. Join me reading them

Who wants to join me on a yoga retreat to China. I consult and collaborate with a studio, Kamal Yoga which has 20 studios through out China. We are putting together a retreat in China for my USA students and we will do yoga at their studios and then schedule tourist site seeing also. Just putting feelers out there.

These friends of mine are some of the most beautiful souls I've yet to meet across the globe.

Many of you know I now manage the Kaia Studio at Wallingford / meriden. We have a great free program with the owner of Kaia teaching classes in our Wallingford North studio. I hope you can come to some classes they're all free and then there's a community potluck. Please join us and I'm really highly encouraging you to come because Gina is one of the most amazing teachers we have in the northeast. It's a great opportunity to practice with her and it's free!
