It’s a boy! Rhodes Paul Gilmer was born intentionally and beautifully at home on 9/28 and was Dr. Courtney’s fastest birth and her biggest baby (7lbs 14oz). Everyone is doing wonderful! We can’t thank you enough for all of the support during this time. The way you have reached out, sent love, gifts and meals has been overwhelmingly touching. We appreciate you all so much! It’s about that time! I am sure some of you have some questions about what the next couple of months will look like and we did our best to answer all your questions below!

Q: When is Dr. Courtney going on leave?
A: Baby is due October 2nd and Dr. Courtney will keep having her schedule open until she goes in to labor as long as things keep going as well as they have been! (This is the power of getting adjusted weekly in pregnancy 😉 Thanks Dr. Micaire!) if you are on the schedule with her when she goes into labor, you will get a call from us getting you rescheduled with Dr. Micaire.

Q: Can I use my package with either chiropractor?
A: Yes! Your packages work for your visits with Dr. Courtney and Dr. Micaire! You may see whoever works for your schedule.

Q: If I see a different chiropractor than I started with, will they know what my complaint is and health history?
A: Yes! Both chiropractors have full access to your notes and all intake forms.

Q: When will Dr. Courtney be back from leave?
A: Sometime in December! We will keep you updated on the official date depending on when she goes on leave.

Q: What will the office hours be during leave?
A: Monday 9-12 and 2-5, Tuesday 9-2, Wednesday Closed , Thursday 9-12 and 2-5, Friday 9-12

Q: How can I support you guys during this time?
A: You guys are the best and it’s been so sweet to see how many of you have asked this. The best support would be to keep your normally scheduled and routine adjustments and to not just wait until December to come back in. We know change can be hard but you will be so glad to know both Chiropractors at the end of this leave and your nervous system will thank you too!

Q: What’s the best way to stay in touch for updates?
A: We would love for you to opt in to getting our office emails (we barely ever send any out so when we do it’s usually important updates you will want to be in the know about!). We also will post on social media along with an update on our website (kindredcolorado.com).
