Celebrating Veronica Parkerβs 27-year anniversary at Citadel at Casa Scalabrini! π
As our HR/Payroll Director, Veronica began her career here as a receptionist and is grateful for the journey that led her to a leadership role where she now supports both staff and residents every day.
Her advice for anyone starting in healthcare:
"Always lead with compassion. Youβre working with people during some of the most important moments of their lives, so itβs essential to treat everyone with kindness, patience, and understanding."
If she had to describe her healthcare journey in one word, it would be βRewarding.β What began as a job grew into so much more. She found stability, a sense of belonging, and a family. Today, the residents and team she works with inspire her every morning.
