🍂🍁As we head into the cooler months and a natural time of reflection, looking inward and hibernation, I am shifting my schedule of class offerings.

I will continue to hold space for weekly Qigong on Friday Mornings at 10 a.m. in Parkville Art House.

The Crack Is the Door - An EmRes Manifesto.

There is no healing without descent.

Emotion is not the problem.

the hardened layers of history, habit, protection.
Through that crack, something ancient and essential calls to be felt.

into the plane of immanence.

This is the body — not as machine or object —
but as the field of direct knowing,
the place where Essence pulses beneath every reaction,
every fear, every flash of pain.

There, in the silent depth beneath the emotion,

And from that contact,
