EmRes addresses and permanently resolves emotional difficulties such as stress, anxiety, and PTSD She lives in the Kansas City, Missouri area.

Heather is a Certified Emotional Resolution Practitioner, providing EmRes sessions via Zoom, phone, or in person. She can work with people all over the USA or world. Emotional Resolution has become a passion for Heather, because it has been very healing, calming, and life changing through her own autoimmune challenges and life stressors. She enjoys working with clients to guide them as they find their own path to wellness. Heather has experience working with chronic illness, anxieties, aches & pains, pregnancy, along with family dynamics, driving anxieties, anger, migraines, medical fears, and more. She has worked with children, teens, and adults. She has been an EmRes Practitioner since 2018. Heather has trained in Advanced EmRes, including Teaching Self-EmRes, EmRes for Children, and EmRes Applied to the Body for Chronic Ailments, Physical Conditions, and Addictions. She also has a background in food and nutrition, life coaching, working with new mothers, and is a Certified BodyTalk Practitioner. She has also taken advanced courses in BodyTalk, Meditation, and has led groups in guided meditations. Along with seeing clients of all ages, Heather is also a part of the EHI Endorsed Program, EmRes® Peaceful Pregnancy, a program that was developed by her and Andrea List, CBP, Certified EmRes Practitioner, OTR/L. We feel by relieving extra stress around pregnancy this allows a deeper connection to the pregnancy and your baby. The EmRes Peaceful Pregnancy program can be a bonding and healing experience for mother and baby. Many women feel many emotions through pregnancy as their bodies quickly grow and change, and can worry about the pregnancy or giving birth. EmRes Peaceful Pregnancy is designed to provide you individualized support to allow you to experience your pregnancy in a more calm, peaceful way through resolving both conscious and hidden emotions. This program also allows you to bond with your baby through gentle meditation, to feel more deeply connected, even before your baby is born. Website:

Emotional Resolution KC provides Emotional Resolution and BodyTalk sessions. Relax, reduce stress, and promote healing in the body. Emotional Resolution:

Emotional Resolution addresses and permanently clears emotional difficulties that are keeping you from living your full life. Do you suffer from claustrophobia or feel stressed while driving? Do you have anxiety on a regular basis or just don't feel like you are as happy as you want to feel? Do you get angry at certain situations, or feel shy around others? These emotional difficulties can be addressed and permanently resolved. BodyTalk: BodyTalk helps your body in its natural ability to strengthen. All of our body's systems, cells, and subatomic particles are connected. They are also connected with everyone and everything in our environment. BodyTalk moves past just finding symptoms and attempting to eliminate or relieve those symptoms. BodyTalk connects with our body's innate wisdom to really explore what is the priority for your body to address to help promote improvement.
