💛 I absolutely love getting messages about a baby’s first night after their Craniosacral Therapy session!
We’ve had a couple of especially exciting results lately that show just how powerful this gentle work can be for little ones 👶
✨ Case 1: A toddler came in with hip and spinal tension that made it hard to lift one leg and start walking.
He’d seen a pediatric chiropractor twice before his first Craniosacral Therapy session on a Tuesday.
By Friday, he was confidently walking! 🙌
➡️ When there’s tension in the hips, sacrum, or spine, it can restrict how the body organizes movement. Craniosacral Therapy gently releases those holding patterns so the nervous system can restore natural coordination and balance.
✨ Case 2: A 7-week-old baby (born 4 weeks early) was struggling with painful gas and reflux.
During her session, we released restrictions through her spine and abdomen to help her digestive system relax.
That night she slept in two 4.5-hour stretches, fed more efficiently, had less spit-up, and was a noticeably happier baby. 💤💕
➡️ Premature birth and early feeding stress can create tightness in the diaphragm, gut, and cranial base. Craniosacral Therapy helps calm the nervous system and restore healthy motion—supporting better digestion, sleep, and comfort.
Every baby holds their own story. CST simply helps the body tell that story more clearly… and return to ease. 💛
If you’ve been wondering whether Craniosacral Therapy might help your baby, I’m always happy to chat and answer questions — no pressure, just information and support. 🌿
