I am eager and honored to once again share space with the community who gathers for the Mujeres Symposium. Bridging my life path, that for as long as I can remember, has been intertwined with Jenny, this space and the Westside community, to working alongside these mujeres to connect to ourselves through our “culture, tradition and experiences.”

The event takes place this Saturday, March 9th at 10a at the cultural center. Link for tickets in my bio.

One of my intentions for 2024 is to return to the things, places and people that bring/have brought me joy.

Stretch & Sip at Fence Stile Vineyard and Winery is one of those things and places. This space, built out of such love and surrounded by such natural beauty is one of my favorite places in the surrounding KC area.

Join me the 4th Saturday of the month for a 50 minute, all-levels, yoga flow. Then, stay to enjoy the space, community and a beverage of your choice, offered at Fence Stile. Cost is $12 for yoga - can be paid via Venmo or cash. (Beverages & food are purchased separately from Fence Stile.) When the weather permits we take our practice out to the vineyard. Otherwise, we practice inside the tasting room.

Looking forward to this new year of comfort and joy. First class is Saturday, January 27th at 10am.

Today’s been filled with big emotions. All the emotions; as I announce today that My Son and Moon Yoga Studio will be closing at the end of 2023.
And although there is a grieving I will go through I am truly bolstered and overwhelmed by my senses of gratitude, peace, joy and community.
Thanks to all near and far who were a part of this journey. This dream manifested. This connection to spirit. You are all now a part of me and my soul. I look forward to the window that opens as this lovely door is set to close.

I know back to school season is here🤧, but for those who still have kiddos at home come share the gift of yoga with your little one!

Yoga is more than movement and flexibility, I believe it’s an everyday practice of mindfulness, self reflection and a great way to find your sense of peace and calm🧘🏽

Our kiddo’s experience various waves of emotions so introducing some moments of mindfulness is a great way to help them regulate those emotions✨
