In preparation for our official launch in March 2026, Doxa Care LLC is seeking dependable, compassionate Caregivers / Direct Support Professionals to serve clients in Tuscaloosa and surrounding areas.

We provide nurse-led, person-centered home care services supporting elders and individuals with disabilities. Our model emphasizes dignity, safety, and excellence in service delivery.

Responsibilities include:
• Assistance with personal care
• Companionship and supervision
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Documentation and communication
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Reliable transportation
• Background check and urine drug screen clearance
• TB Skin Test
• Compassionate and professional demeanor

Preferred:
• Prior caregiving experience
• CPR
• CNA certification (not required)
We offer:
• Structured onboarding and training with Orientation
• Supportive clinical oversight
