sometimes we get too caught up in making time for an hour of self care in our busy schedules. caring for yourself doesn’t have to look like a luxurious spa treatment or an hour long bubble bath. starting the day with a big glass of water and deep belly breaths. gazing at the morning light. going to be before 10pm. choosing foods that lift your energy rather than bog you down. find your healing in the simplicity of everyday life 🙌🏻✨🤎
