We had another incredible day of stretching out NorthRidge High Schools Women’s Basketball Team. Today class was definitely for flexibility, was was used as a recovery from the lifting and running the team did before.
These ladies work incredibly hard everyday to achieve their goals! Go Jags!!

Yesterday’s Restorative Yoga class was divine. We have 1 more the month of September and it is Sunday the 28th at 5:00.

We have had a busy day of stretching out TA Varsity Volleyball and Northridge High School Varsity Women’s Basketball!
They are choosing flexibility and mobility as a recovery for the mind and body after hard workouts and practices. We love to work with our local schools and help them be able to move and perform to the best of their abilities.

Welcome Tasha Drake! Tasha will be teaching Athletic Stretch on Thursdays at 5:45pm.
Tasha completed her Yoga and Pilates training in 2022 and is excited to share her love of movement and mindfulness with others. She creates classes that are energizing, balanced, and welcoming to all levels. Outside the studio, Tasha is a chemistry professor at Stillman College and enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
