Class Spotlight!!!!
Tuesday morning Flow Movement is what gets the body going!!!
Flow Movement 45 is a 45 minute mobility and movement class. Monica leads the class to move the body forward, backwards, and side to side so our bodies can move the way they are meant to move, pain and stiff free. This class is for all levels and is a perfect start to the day as well as a great way to warm up your body for activities such as golf, tennis, pickleball, running, biking, volleyball, basketball, really everything!
