The Recovery Room is not your average “spa” experience and we pride ourselves on that! You won’t find soft elevator music, fluffy pillows, stones or a romantic candlelit atmosphere here. Instead, our team focuses on the in-depth quality behind the healing power of deep bodywork. We are Tuscaloosa’s only one-stop for Whole Body Cryotherapy, Infrared Sauna Therapy, Certified Sports and Orthopedic Massage, and Rapid Reboot for compression and lymphatic drainage. We have taken our knowledge and education of sports and orthopedic massage therapy and the effects on the inner workings of the human body, to the next level. We work closely with some of the greatest orthopedic surgeons and physical therapists in the region to optimize our clients rehabilitation and pain management. There are many different varieties of massage therapy out there and we have chosen to focus our talents on MFR-Myofascial Release, NMT- Neuromuscular Therapy, Medical and Sports related Massage Therapy. Professional experience includes many years of experience working with World Class Physicians and Physical Therapists in the performance enhancement and rehabilitation of youth, adult, collegiate, elite and Professional Athletes and Coaches from around the world. As a former athletes, we have a great understanding for sports injuries, maintenance and rehabilitation. We do, and have worked with NCAA Football, Basketball and Gymnastics, MLB, NBA, NFL, MMA, AFF, World Cup Rugby, WBC, and The Eagle Fund (Wounded Combat Soldiers/Veterans) in both Alabama and Florida at state of art training and rehabilitation facilities such as Athlete's Performance/EXOS, University of Alabama Athletics and JPI Sports Performance.
