When people ask what I do for a living, I just say: I professionally listen to feelings.” 🎧💭 😂 Hi, I’m Olivia (she/her)! I earned my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Alabama. My goal as a therapist is to create a warm, safe, and collaborative space where you can begin your healing journey.

Whether you’re navigating life changes, coping with anxiety or depression, working through trauma, substance use, relationship challenges, or simply need someone to talk to—I’m here to meet you where you are. Together, we’ll tailor our work to fit your unique needs and experiences.

I welcome clients from all backgrounds, ages 12 and up, and I’m dedicated to helping you build the insight, tools, and confidence needed for growth. My approach is grounded in client-centered care, and I often draw from CBT, DBT, narrative, existential, and trauma-informed techniques to best support you.

I’m currently under the supervision of Andrea Whitten, LPC-S, and I accept BCBS insurance as well as private pay on a sliding scale. I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you take the next step toward healing and self-discovery.🩵

I grew up by the beach in sunny Florida ☀️ — and now I spend my days helping others heal from trauma, rebuild confidence, and discover resilience both on and off the court. 💪💛

I’m passionate about supporting student athletes and young adults as they navigate life’s challenges, find purpose, and reconnect with their inner strength. 🌿
