I feel like I haven’t made much progress in the new studio space due to still fulfilling facial appointments in my current location - the flip will literally happen in 24 hours and the countdown is slowly making me feel crazy, but only I can call myself that.

In the meantime I’m decorating it in my head, overthinking where my towels will go, walking the dogs, eating sourdough crackers, and decided to enroll in a few courses to get my Buccal certificate, along with enhance my facial massage & lymphatic support methods….face taping too so I can teach for classes & clients.

My Love, best friend, partner in life, favorite person and husband .computers is 5 years Sober Today!

It’s such a beautiful thing to witness someone so committed to sobriety & changing their life in small ways everyday - I’ve been with John for over 10 years and have known him since I was 6 and he is aging gracefully, with discipline & creativity. He inspired me to become sober & a handful of others, which has made our marriage the one in envisioned as a young girl.

He continues to work hard, care for others, be present and committed to our life - I’m so proud of him in so many ways. If you know John send him a text, call him on the phone, email him, or blow up his DM inbox with emojis.

Thanks for a very full December! I have the 24th & 25th off but I’ll be back in the studio on Friday to care for some special clients visiting from out of town & a bride makeup consultation on Sunday! December has surpassed all the other months in terms of volume all around and it’s not even over yet. So thank you!

This morning I was doing some accounting aspects of LBK (I am my own accountant too) and it’s the biggest year I’ve ever had in the 8 years of being self employed. There’s still some kinks I need to work out and a few parts of the business I want to grow & maybe alter but honestly I’m so happy with where LBK is from a business standpoint. That being said, I’m a perfectionist & incredibly determined so don’t be alarmed if I shock you with something grand!

Dear Clients & Customers, I adore you, thank you for sticking with me, trusting my work near & far, and letting me care for you in my own unique way, the LBK way. I hope you all are safe, healthy & enjoying time with family as we get close to ending another year. Remember to stay heavily oiled & dewy while you’re with friends & family.
