Hello everyone,

I've created a YouTube channel to serve as a centralized hub for HERA Wellness Center's content, making it accessible to everyone, even those not on social media.

My ongoing mission is to empower you with knowledge for a person-centered approach to healing.

Currently, the HERA Wellness Center Channel’s first playlist showcases relaxing music, with a new release every Wednesday.

Looking ahead, anticipate various content, including different music genres like Lofi, meditation, and study playlists. Each genre holds unique benefits.

In the upcoming weeks, I'll introduce additional content, such as guided meditations and educational videos, where I'll share the tools and modalities I've been teaching for the past 12 years.
