We are excited to announce that Neurologist Dr. Satinder Grewal, MD will now be seeing auto accident patients at Precision Chiropractic Clinic. She specializes in TBI/concussions, paresthesias, TMJ pain, and other neurological issues related to car accidents.
Dr. Grewal is board-certified by both the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology and the UCNS in Headache & Facial Pain. She is a recognized expert in her field and a fellow of the American Academy of Neurology as well as the American Headache Society.
She has completed extensive advanced training with specialists in headache pain, pain management, and maxillofacial surgery—giving her a comprehensive understanding of complex head, face, and neck pain conditions. Her expertise includes treating concussions and post-traumatic brain injury symptoms, TMJ disorders, facial pain, vertigo, migraines, and women’s migraine-related conditions.

23 year old male injured in a car accident. He reported frequent neck pain. Stress X-rays were ordered. The X-rays show a hidden injury, a ligament tear. I’ve been seeing more young patients with ligament tears and vertebral instability-while the MRi shows no disc bulges or
herniations. Ligament damage can lead to spinal instability, which accelerates degenerative changes and causes long-term problems. If I had only ordered an MRI and skipped the stress X-rays, the insurance adjuster could have claimed the MRI was
“negative” and that nothing was wrong with the patient. Who you go to for treatment after an accident matters. Here at Precision Chiropractic you’ll receive expert care and attention to diagnose you accurately and provide the best care to help you recover from your injuries.

You’re right — I’m not a medical doctor. I’m a chiropractor. But I still have a responsibility to every patient who walks through my door.

I specialize on muscles, joints, and nerves, musculoskeletal conditions— but I also have to know when something doesn’t add up. Sometimes that pain is a sign of something more serious that requires medical attention.

Over the years, I’ve caught things like cancer, blood clots, autoimmune conditions and medical emergencies— not because I was looking for them, but because I was paying attention.

One patient came in with wrist pain. She’d already seen a handful of medical doctors. But something about her story didn’t sit right. I listened, asked questions, followed my gut, and referred her out. Turns out, my diagnosis was correct.

I may be “just a chiropractor,” but I take that job seriously — and I’m proud of the care I give. Remember, there’s chiropractors and then there’s Chiropractors.
