This morning, local fire departments responded promptly to a staff initiated alarm at the Nursing Center, due to a malfunctioning air conditioning unit.
Facility staff responded immediately and followed all established fire safety protocols so that when the first fire truck arrived, the nursing unit was secured and patients in that area had been moved. There was no fire or flame of any kind.
We extend our sincere appreciation to all first responders and staff members for their dedication to the well-being of our residents.
