YIN YOGA focuses on releasing the tight fascia in the body with long held stretches or simply poses. Fascia is a network of fibrous connective tissue that permeates the entire body. Poses are held between 3 and 5 minutes allowing you to go inward.

The result is stress relief, better sleep, improved mobility.

Yin Yoga for your tight fascia & overworked nervous system Save your spot — link in bio☯️

In Yin, we hold poses for 2-3 and sometimes up to 8 minutes. This sustained, moderate load allows the fascia to slowly hydrate, lengthen, and release adhesions (those sticky spots from injury, posture, or stress). Muscles relax first, then the deeper fascia gets the invitation to unwind.

✨Loading the connective tissue lines — Fascia organizes into myofascial meridians (like the Superficial Back Line or Deep Front Line). Yin poses strategically stress these lines, creating a “pull” that travels far beyond the target area. For example, a forward fold doesn’t just stretch your hamstrings—it tugs on the entire posterior chain from heels to scalp.

Anyone and all levels yogis who would like to glow in a long deep stretch to release all tension and stress.

✨Nervous system reset — Fascia is loaded with sensory receptors (more than muscles in some areas!). Gentle, prolonged stretching stimulates these receptors, signaling safety to your nervous system, shifting you from fight-or-flight into rest-and-digest mode.
