✨ Keep it gentle – Use a mild, fragrance-free cleanser and avoid harsh scrubs
🌿 Know your triggers – Common ones include heat, spicy foods, alcohol, and stress
🧴 Moisturize daily – Strengthening your skin barrier is key
☀️ SPF is non-negotiable – Sun exposure is a major trigger (yes, even on cloudy days)
🔥 Skip the heat – Hot showers and steam can worsen redness

Think ABCDEs of moles:
- Asymmetry
- Border irregularity
- Color variation
