My calling in life has always been as a caregiver either through nurturing friends and family or in my career as a childcare provider and as a Certified Nurse Assistant. The day I enrolled at the Ann Arbor Institute of Massage Therapy changed my life! I knew at that moment that I had found exactly what I was meant to be doing with my life. Every day I am thankful to work with my hands and my heart as a state licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Reflexologist. Everyone has stress in different levels and areas of their life. It manifests itself in different ways within each of us. No two massages, reflexology sessions or overall experiences are the same (even with the same person!). When a client walks through my door for their appointment, I take the stress and weight of their minds and bodies away because I can intuitively decide what massage will give them the best transformational results. My reflexology sessions work much the same way and relieve stress through working with your feet specifically. When I lay my hands down and begin to work, I just stop thinking and intuitively start giving – less pressure, more pressure, this technique or that stretch of course, heat or essential oil?! I offer a safe place to let your guard down and just be… You will leave your appointment feeling refreshed, uplifted and inspired!
