Today I had the opportunity be part of a healing circle for the people of Ukraine. Some of us met in person but many connected remotely. It was such a wonderful feeling, adding to the collective prayers around the world for peace, over a country and it’s people who are so in need of it. Such a small kindness but when amplified by those of the many, so much is possible. So I will pray, send healing intentions and chant mantras for peace.
