Honoring a champion for Michigan’s health! 🏆

We were incredibly proud to present the Michigan Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Legislator of the Year Award to Representative Julie Rogers (District 41) at the MiAND 2026 Legislative Day.

Pictured here, Representative Rogers accepts the award from Leatta Byrd, MiAND President, following our highly successful advocacy day in Lansing. Representative Rogers has been an invaluable advocate for the dietetics profession and a true partner in our mission to improve the health and well-being of all Michiganders.
