I recently attended a week long retreat done by Dr Joe Dispenza who is a New York Times best selling author and Researcher of epigenetics, quantum physics & neuroscience.
It was a phenomenal, life changing retreat where we meditated for close to 35 hours over a 7 day period. Very simply put, the premise of his work revolves around the idea that if you change your thoughts, you change your energy which changes your life. Breaking free from old patterns, ways of thinking, being, etc and creating new neural pathways that support your body, mind and soul. I can't say enough about how incredible the week was.
This is a great introduction to his work and the healing power of meditation. It was released yesterday and you can watch it for free through tomorrow. Just click on the link below! Enjoy ❤
