Therapy serves different purposes for many people. For some, it is to reduce specific symptoms that negatively impact their lives, and for others, it provides them with space to learn tools or establish goals to improve their everyday life. Many of us need a safe space to learn who we were, who we are, and who we would like to be; Therapy serves as this space. Together in therapy, we can take the first step to improvement, but it first starts with your decision to begin.

Within my practice, I strive to provide compassionate and empathetic therapy services to assist clients to overcome symptoms that have lessened their daily ability to function as they desire. We work together to establish appropriate goals and determine the best treatment suited for you within your journey.

It is my mission to provide a non-judgmental space for anyone to feel comfortable within their environment. Begin your journey of overcoming your limitations. Welcome To My Office

Welcome to my office, and thank you for taking the time to visit my site.

Here at Crescent Roots Psychological Services, we strive to provide compassionate, non-judgemental healthcare catering to the needs of our clients. We work with individuals to establish therapeutic goals to assist with improving personalized needs (i.e., behaviors, undesirable symptoms), in addition to, helping couples establish mutual goals collaboratively to troubleshoot through issues within their relationship.

I help clients manage limitations caused by symptoms of Anxiety Disorders, Depression, OCD, PTSD, Mood Disorders, and Phobias. Additionally, session time is designated to process through periods of grief, trauma, and stressors attributed to gender and racial identity to achieve therapeutic goals created collaboratively between my clients and I. I also assist clients in managing behavioral concerns such as sleep disturbances, and organizational management.

Additionally, I utilize evidence-based treatments to help clients understand the symptoms they experience, and how to use the skills we learn in session within their everyday lives. I, also work with couples to assist with issues such as communication, connection-building, emotional dysregulation, and time-management.
