Well, this was a long time coming! I could have done it during my undergrad at Kansas State since I minored in kinesiology.... But little did I know at 18 years old that I'd spend my 20's working in gyms and later become a massage therapist at 27 yrs old; now 35 add personal trainer. Better late than never and I'm not done adding credentials 😉 and expanding my knowledge in the scope of helping people
