Yoga Teacher Training is great for those who want to teach yoga, but did you know that many people take the training to deepen their own practice? Or to benefit friends and family who may be in need? Or to improve their own relationships with family, friends and colleagues? Whatever the reason, the third round of Yoga Teacher Training is happening in Spring of 2026. Come to our free informational meeting on Sunday, January 11th at Seva Yoga in Northwood, to hear about your options and ask any questions.
