Such a beautiful, sunny and warm spring day! Great to be outside today!
Tomorrow, another nice spring day bringing us clouds and rain four our flowers and lawns, We need some rain!

Keep up the good work, I promise it makes a difference and you deserve that right now!
Don’t forget your little ones, they need massage too! They will pick up on your calm, assuring vibes !
They don’t face adult problems, but the changes that they’ve had to make and be very stressful for them. This little guy fell straight to sleep while I was massaging his hands and feet! A little back rub, head rub or a foot rub can go along way for kids at any age!

I’m not going to lie, this seems as silly to me as it does to you! There is no substitute for a hands-on visit with your massage therapist!
Truth is though, there is a lot we can do together remotely!
I’ve got some great suggestions for self-care including massage, meditation and other resources!
I’ve got free time to offer you! All I ask in return is for you to book an appointment for a massage when we get rolling again!

I miss working with you all so much! I hope you are all taking nice deep breath‘s, we will get through this!
Isolation is going pretty well for me except I miss my work! I feel helpless, especially for those of you with chronic issues that we were really working through!
I want you to know that I’ve been thinking of you and that I am going to call each and every one of you to check in and see how things are going!
I have been researching the best way to continue working with you via video or phone sessions. There have been some great results between therapists and clients in the US, UK, and Australia!
I will have more details on this for you next week!
While my hands and arms are my best tools , I believe that I possess the knowledge, skills and resources that can help you achieve comfort in the upcoming weeks!
