We often turn to plastic products like Ziploc bags for convenience, but recent studies have raised alarms about their safety. Ziploc bags have been found to release harmful microplastics into food, which may increase the risks of cancer and neurodegenerative diseases like dementia. This highlights the dangers of everyday plastic products that many of us use without a second thought.

As we become more aware of the risks posed by plastic, it’s essential to take action. Opting for alternatives like glass containers or reusable fabric bags can help minimize our exposure to harmful chemicals. Small changes in our habits can lead to big improvements in our health and the health of the planet.

We all have the power to reduce plastic waste. By making informed choices, we can protect our health and the environment. Let’s start by rethinking how we use and dispose of plastics in our daily lives. ♻️🌱

Hello!!!
Just a friendly reminder!!! I hope you can join me/US again in Northwood, NH to drum Mother Earth's heartbeat with "Drums of Love" DRUM CIRCLE and then get wild again jamming together to usher in this time of change, the Christmas Holidays and so much more, along with sending healing energy out to where it is needed. You can also sit and drum the big healing medicine drum. I am always amazed how even a small group can be so powerful. It was so good to see old and New friends enjoying the energy. The healing energy the drums bring is so needed and welcomed.
This circle is scheduled for December 14th from Noon to 2:00 pm. Bring a drum if you have one and other instruments if you wish. If you do not have a drum I have plenty to choose from to use. This will be held at Inner Peace Holistic Center, 8 Old Turnpike Rd., Northwood, NH 03261.
Take time for yourself to unwind through drumming. There is nothing more healing than to drum in a circle feeling the energy of so many drums coming together.
I hope many of you can come to help usher in this holiday season and to help send out healing energy so needed at this time.
Reiki Share is also the 3rd Thursday of each month in Northwood (free to energy workers). This month it is December 18th. It starts at 6:00 PM.
