The Dietary Department is looking for a part time dietary aide!
This position is 3 shifts/week and hours are 6:00am-1:30pm and 6:00am-2:00pm. Required to work every other weekend and a rotation of holidays.

The staff and residents at the Lutheran Retirement Home and Pines Assisted Living enjoyed a Luau Day today to celebrate the end of summer. We spent our morning watching Blue Hawaii, had a delicious lunch complete with Hawaiian Chicken, and finished our day with music by Island Fever, fresh fruit, and strawberry daiquiris. Goodbye summer, bring on fall, and hopefully some cooler days!

The rain quit just in time for the residents at the Lutheran Retirement Home, Pines Assisted Living, and Maple Court Apartments to enjoy a wonderful morning at the Worth County Fair! Thank you to our incredible volunteers and staff for all of your help, we wouldn't be able to do this outing with out you. We would also like to thank Rhonda and the 4H Stand for the delicious pie, Teresa Stein for opening up the kiddie barn, Jill Trainer for helping get our crafts entered, and to everyone else that makes this fair happen year after year!

WORTH COUNTY FAIR VOLLUNTEERS
The fair is coming fast! Every year the Lutheran Retirement Home and Pines Assisted Living walk to the Worth County Fair. This year we will be going on Friday June 20th from 9am-11am. We usually take 25-35 residents, so we need all the help we can get. This is a highlight of the year for us and we always want to make sure anyone who wants to go can, so if you are able to help push a resident to and from the fair, please reach out to our Activities Director, Cassie Davis at 641-324-1712 or at davisc@northwoodlrh.org

Happy (early) Mothers Day from the staff and residents at the Lutheran Retirement Home. This morning our wonderful ladies enjoyed a mothers day tea party with family, complete with music by Sam Crosser. Thank you to all of the family members that came and made our residents feel extra special.
